2010 Clinic Schedule

Fear Management
Aug 14,15 and 16th 2009

This was an amazing clinic and proved to be very helpful to those who attended.  Thanks to Kristina Belkina for putting together this beautiful collection of fantastic photography and memories.

We will be offering a few theory nights to help share the horse's perspective with those who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of horses and how they think and experience the world.  Please contact us for more information.

Clinic Format for Horsemanship from the Heart™  clinics

(This clinic format is descriptive only of Horsemanship from the Heart™ clinics listed above.  Silver Star Stables provides a host site for other clinicians as well, and clinic format and price will vary for clinics presented by other clinicians.)

Clinics are held over two and a half days.  They include three hours of theory and discussion with Christa Miremadi on the first day in our heated viewing lounge.  On the second day, we start off with a 2-hour group session in which we pinpoint or choose our area of focus and set our intention around what we'd like to work towards, followed by 1-hour private one-on-one sessions with Christa.  During the private sessions, participants can watch or work on their chosen area of focus in another area with the help of apprentice trainer Eliya Finkelstein.  On the third day we begin again with a 2-hour group session and 1-hour one-on-ones. We end the third day in a group session and discussion that will help to bring clarity to our learning and give each participant a chance to share his or her own perspective.  Progress cannot be guaranteed as it is entirely up to horse and rider to receive the information being taught, however a new perspective and an alternative to old and ineffective patterns will be given, and a chance to create a new partnership and relationship with your horse will be available to all participants.

Rate: $375.00  with your own horse, including their stay and two lunches
$450.00  with one of our horses.

(This is an introductory rate only.)
