Whether you are looking to understand the origin of a unwanted behavior or you are simply hoping to improve on an already amazing relationship, Christa can help!
Clinic Format:
Each clinic, like each horse and rider, is individual and will unfold in its own manner, however all Horsemanship from the Heart clinics will be held over three days. Private clinics can be held with a theme in mind such as Riding with the Elements or Fear Management, and public clinics are held with an open theme, meaning that you can tell us what you'd like to work on!
During a HftH clinic you will:
- Enjoy group discussions and plenty of theory
- Benefit from private one-on-one time with Christa Miremadi
- Have the option of working both on the ground and/or in the saddle
- Receive a new perspective
- Be offered an alternative to ineffective patterns
- Create a new partnership and relationship with your horse
Christa feels that private one-on-one time is important in order for full attention to be given to each horse and human team. She also feels that there is learning available for all in each private session and encourages each of the participants to observe the other teams.
*Progress cannot be guaranteed as it is entirely up to horse and rider to receive the information being taught, however a new perspective and an alternative to old and ineffective patterns will be given and a chance to create a new partnership and relationship with their horse will be available to all participants.

Testimonials
"Jupiter and I took part in Christa's clinic on Fear Management, which changed our whole perspective. Christa helped me to recognize his forcefulness for what it actually was - intense anxiety. Recognizing his fear, acknowledging it, and then working within and gradually expanding his comfort zone, we came to a point where he felt so safe with me that on one walk together, he spooked and ran when a dog came running growling out of a driveway, but at the sound of my voice, he stopped, turned around, came back to me, and then walked back with me to the driveway where the dog was. He learned a LOT for a horse now in his 20s, and he (with Christa interpreting) taught me infinite amounts about strength and softness, that they only exist together."

"During Christa's workshop, I have learned to listen to my mare's need and to apply what she teaches me to my daily life; patience, trust, simplicity. Without Christa's help these are traits that I could have misinterpreted as misbehaviour when really my horse was just trying to tell me don't rush, stop confusing me or be more clear. I am learning to communicate and be a better partner to this amazing soul, and she has no clue that what she teaches me works wonder on the human kind as well.
Thanks for teaching me what I know now. I am so eager to learn what is coming and to keep sharing it."

"When Christa invited me to her new clinic, Riding with the Elements, I was excited and thought I would be in store for a fun weekend full of new ideas for me and my horse. What I didn't expect was to find a completely renewed confidence in my riding abilities and that elusive connection to my horse. A connection I had not been able to find with any of my horses in five years."

"I just attended the most impressive riding clinic I have ever been a part of. I feel privileged to have participated and learned so much about my horse, myself and our partnership. Christa Miremadi has the rare talent to not only have a deep understanding of horse behavior but also be such a gifted teacher and coach that she can translate it into words and images that work for each set of equine/human partners. As a biologist, I appreciate her approach that centers on understanding how horses communicate and react. I learned that artificial aids can be effectively replaced with balance and clarity in your body and your horse will become lighter and more responsive."
